「The Daily Show with Jon Stewart」は、この分野の最高賞「Outstanding Variety, Music Or Comedy Series」を2003年から5年連続、合計６回受賞しています。ジョンはもうたくさん獲ったから、そろそろスティーブン（The Colbert Report）に獲らせてあげたい気もするのですが、やっぱりデイリーショーに獲ってほしい気もするし…
どちらにしても、この２番組のどちらかが受賞することを祈りつつ。
授賞式は９月２１日ですが、日本のケーブルテレビでノーカット版が放送されるのは１１月らしい。それまでにケーブル入れようかな。
